If you have been following along, you know I have been having a hard time with feeling anxious over the past week, as well as lots of feelings coming up, and some routine changes in my week. To be honest, I might not have done nearly as well as I did this week without my husband picking up a lot of the slack around the house and with parenting. I probably ate way more take out than is wise for our budget.
But, to give credit where it is due….this week I:
Filled a prescription for an antidepressant
Took another step towards making swimming logistically easier.
Got to the pool 3 or 4 times in the past 7 days, and physical therapy twice, even in the busiest time of the year for me at work.
Got my shit done at work during the first week of CSA pick ups and didn’t lose it until late Friday afternoon.
Only stayed up late one night this week (including last night when I exercised amazing self control and only watched one episode of OITNB)
All things considered, I think I fucking killed it this week.
