Salad made with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, scallions, avocado, tuna packed in olive oil
Stir fry made with ground beef, garlic scapes, patty pan squash, broccoli raab, Chinese seasonings
Scrambled eggs with cilantro and garlic scapes.
